Sparkline

Sparkline is currently in development. Early builds are provided for testing and feedback, may change or break, and may be discontinued or reshaped at any time. When Sparkline launches commercially, specific terms covering accounts, subscriptions, payments, refunds, and cancellations will be published and will take precedence for the app.

An important boundary: Sparkline is a productivity and coaching tool. It is not medical, psychological, or mental-health treatment, and it is not a substitute for professional care. If you are struggling, please reach out to a qualified professional.

Your content

Content you create in Sparkline — intentions, reflections, session notes — remains yours. You grant us only the limited rights needed to operate the product for you, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Third-party services

Our website and products rely on third-party services (such as hosting, networking, and AI providers). We are not responsible for those services’ content or availability, though we choose them with care.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The website and early product builds are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, NXTLVL PTE. LTD. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Termination

We may suspend or end access to early product builds where these terms are breached or where the product itself is discontinued.
