Privacy Policy

NXTLVL PTE. LTD. (“NXTLVL”, “we”, “us”) is an independent software studio registered in Singapore. This policy explains how we handle personal information across our website (www.nxtlvl.sg) and our products, including Sparkline. We try to keep both the products and this policy simple: we collect as little as possible, and we don’t sell personal data to anyone.

The website

This website is a static site. It does not require an account, does not set tracking cookies, and does not currently run third-party analytics or advertising scripts. Fonts and images are served with the site itself rather than from external tracking services.

Our hosting and network providers (such as GitHub Pages and Cloudflare) may process standard technical logs — for example IP addresses, browser type, and requested pages — to deliver the site securely and reliably. These logs are governed by those providers’ own privacy policies and are not used by us to identify visitors.

Email

If you write to us at hello@nxtlvl.sg, we receive the information you choose to share — your email address and the contents of your message. We use it only to reply and to act on your request. We don’t add you to mailing lists without asking.

Sparkline

Sparkline is currently in development. When it becomes available for testing or general use, it is expected to handle information along these lines:

• Account information — such as an email address, if accounts are required, used for sign-in and essential communication.
• Session and reflection content — the intentions, session records, and reflections you create in the app. This content exists to serve you; it is yours.
• AI processing— Sparkline’s coaching features send relevant session context to third-party AI service providers to generate responses. We will name these providers in the app documentation, limit what is shared to what the feature needs, and will not permit your content to be used for advertising.
• Basic product diagnostics — such as crash reports, used to keep the app working.

Before Sparkline launches publicly, this policy will be updated with the specific providers, retention periods, and controls that actually ship — we won’t make claims the product cannot operationally support.

Data retention and deletion

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data — including deletion of any future Sparkline account — by emailing hello@nxtlvl.sg with the subject line “Support”. We will respond within a reasonable time, and in accordance with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).

Children

Our website and products are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

International transfers

Our service providers may store or process data outside Singapore. Where they do, we choose providers that offer protections consistent with this policy and applicable law.

Changes to this policy

We will update this page when our practices change, and revise the “last updated” date above. Material changes affecting Sparkline users will be communicated in the app or by email.
